Entry Fee

$30 if registered before January 31, 11:59 pm. $35 after January 31.Additional $15 discount for first-time players in a USCF-rated tournament in the Under 1000 section.

Prizes

Three winners of Premier Section will receive invitation to MA Girls' Invitational Championship to compete to represent MA in 2026 Ruth Haring National Girls Tournament of Champions and Susan Polgar Invitational. Trophies to top 3 each section.

This is a MACA event, hosted by the Boylston Chess Foundation.

USCF membership is required for all players. MACA membership is required for Massachusetts residents

Official January ratings are used for pairings

Open to girls in grades K-12.

Premier section is restricted to students rated 800 and above. Sections may be combined.

Both Sections are open to out-of-state players

All electronic devices must be turned off completely and stored out of sight.

Players are forbidden to have electronic devices on them at any time during the game

In the interest of the players, no spectators are allowed in the playing hall when games are in progress

Penalties are at the discretion of the TD and may include reducing the remaining time of the offending player or declaring the game to be lost by the offender

Chess sets and clocks are provided
