Description

International Master Marc Esserman will lecture on two of his best wins vs. elite grandmasters Loek Van Wely and Nigel Short. The games will cover the full spectrum of chess style, from the chaotic and crazy, to the calm and controlled. To conclude, Esserman will delve into the magical and mysterious world of the endgame study.

Esserman is the author of the best selling Mayhem in the Morra--he even used the ideas in his book to draw five-time World Champion Viswanathan Anand.

Admission fee includes a buffet dinner, to be prepared by renowned local chef Charles Slade.
