Rounds: 7:45pm first round, rest ASAP

Description: It's Friday Night! We'll have the normal Friday Night Blitz tournament (six double rounds, G/5 time control, no delay and no increment). But since Charles likes to BBQ, he's going to bring dinner! Exact menu TBD, but it's going to involve a giant batch of some kind of smoked protein, a veggie dish or two, and a starch dish or two. Please register early if you can, to assist menu planning. If you have allergies or preferences, please indicate them in the "bye requests" when you register. Doors a little earlier than usual, at around 7:15. First round starts as usual at 7:45pm. Afterwards, what happens happens... This is a US Chess Federation rated event.
